A Wrinkle in Time is a classic one-of-a-kind book. A Wrinkle in Time became so popular it even became its own motion picture. It was written by Madeleine L'Engle who also wrote, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, and more. A Wrinkle in Time was the winner of the 1963 Newbery Medal and was also the first book in Madeleine L'Engle's classic Time Quintet.

Meg and her brother Charles Wallace lost their dad a few years back but impacted Meg the most. Charles Wallace was intelligent and strange for a 5-year-old boy and was defiantly my favorite character. Meg was known as the weird kid with low grades and a violent personality. She was very protective of her family and specially her brother. Meg is all confident and proud until her world changes on a crazy adventure. Meg, Charles Wallace and their friend Calvin O'Keefe are visited by a strange lady one night who beckons them to come with her on a wild adventure all because of a rumor. Will they survive this adventure? Will Meg be able to handle this change? Will they make it out alive? Find out in A Wrinkle in time!!

Even if you already seen the move, you should still defiantly read the book for both are so good. I recommend this book to ages 10 and up and rate it a 7/10.
